BACK TO OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE
In the field of laser welding we work with the latest technologies and high welding speed.
In order to meet the high qualitative demands of interface welding, we at RUN-TEC use a pulsed Nd: YAG laser of the Alpha-Laser brand. In laser-assisted buildup welding, short high-energy pulses are used to melt the base material and add filler materials to produce the desired metallurgical properties. Almost all metals such as steel, aluminum, copper and also bronzes and cast materials can be welded. Through various test series, we at RUN-TEC were able to reduce the heat input to a minimum and thus realize welds up to 65 HRC without cracks.
