The first step is the correct preparation of the stator.

Before removing the old winding we thoroughly test and save all technical data of the old winding:

  • marks
  • phases
  • temperature sensors
  • connection diameters
  • hight of the winding aso

We lay special attention on not damaging the stator while removing the old winding. As well we focus to not overheat the metal sheet of the stator otherwise the loss in the iron casket is remarkable and reduces the efficiency of the motor.
